Subscriptions

How do I buy subscription:

• You need to select subscription type and length, payment method and click on "Proceed to payment".
• You can find your subscription status in "current subscription details" at the bottom of the page

Upgrade/Downgrade your subscription.

• Select new subscription size, indicate you agree our terms and conditions and click on "proceed to payment"
• Upgraded subscription will start immediately.
• Downgraded will take effect after one fully month e.g. downgrade made on April 15-Th, new subscription type will start on 1 of June.

How do I cancel renewal subscription:

• Your subscription will be automatically renewed with the current settings
• You can manually cancel subscription renewal
• Cancellation is possible only at the latest: 1 month before subscription end date.
• To make cancellation, select EU0 subscription, indicate you agree our terms and conditions and click on "proceed to payment"
• You will see EU0 subscription in pending status, after successful cancellation
• After current contract end date, non payable EU0 subscription will start automatically and change status to 'active'.
